To make all the production personnel (managers, supervisory staff and workers) become more aware of the different mechanisms leading to the appearance of risk behaviours and dangerous situations on the site.

APSYS has applied an approach inscribing itself as a complement to the Safety Management System implemented and allowing:

• the identification of the 7 mechanisms generating risk behaviours;
  
• the setting up of indicators and relays enabling the measure of the progress made at the end of the awareness process.

The experience of APSYS in the field of risk behaviour minimization and more generally, in the field of human factor;
The methodology followed, characteristic of APSYS, and which has been successfully applied for more than 20 years for many instructing parties of the oil and chemical industries (Total, Lyondell…).
