The programme “Cap Qualité Courrier” initiated by the French Post Office has led to the provisioning, all over the country, of mail sorting industrial platforms that should ultimately enable the delivery of most of the letters within 24 hours.
Considering the high technology level of the equipment used, and the desired availability objectives, it is therefore necessary to have an adapted type of maintenance, capable of performing, on all the sites, an Operational Conditions Support compatible with the obligations met.

APSYS has coached LA POSTE for the organisation of the maintenance of its platforms. The various scenarios suggested were modelled within the SIMLOG environment so as to define and select the most adapted configurations in terms of team sizing and organisation, geographical positioning and stocks configuration.
