• The definition of your demands, by integrating the various technical and regulation constraints of your activity.
• The technical and economic validation of the architectures of the lines offered, more particularly through the implementation of dynamic models of the future installations, which simulate their behaviour as close as possible to a real situation. Those models take into account in particular the data related to the reliability and availability of the equipment items.
• The follow-up of your subcontractors.
• The definition of the acceptances as well as their performance.

>> For the existing lines:
At the end of the first phase of the Audit, our consultants give you an action plan that takes into account the results of the main production optimisation methods (lean, 6 sigma…), while making them operational on short and middle term objectives, within the context of a controlled budget.

The issues linked to the operators’ behaviours are integrated into both the process of productivity optimisation, and that of life safety (implementation of Safety Management Systems).
