At the end of the first phase of the Audit, our consultants give you an action plan that takes into account the results of the main production optimisation methods (lean, 6 sigma…), while making them operational on short and middle term objectives, within the context of a controlled budget.

The issues linked to the operators’ behaviours are integrated into both the process of productivity optimisation, and that of life safety (implementation of Safety Management Systems).
